The ultimate proof of a designer's skill is client satisfaction not only with the space, but also with the process. Here's what just a few of Debbie’s clients have to say about working with her.

"Doctor of Design" will instantly make you feel better!

I saw the Orlando Sentinel article on this company and was intrigued. I'm the kind of person who knows what I like, but has a hard time arranging, changing, and choosing. Their concept of setting up a plan, long range or short term, and the way they allow the customer to set a pace, sounded like one that I could do comfortably.

Debbie Sheaf came to my home, was a delight as a person and a designer, and made me feel like it was possible to update my 15 year old decor, while still using the things I own and love, that are near and dear to my heart.

Our consultation was creative and fun. Debbie has such a good eye, and really paid attention to what was important to me. She zeroed in on some changes, and rearranging, that I could do as 'homework' before our next session. And she was right....the changes instantly enhanced what was already there. I feel like I got a lot of value just in that first meeting.

Debbie is easy to converse with, and is a wealth of knowledge in the decorating field. She is the perfect guide to decorating, and has a talent for making it a personal touch for the customer.

I am excited to finish our projects. And I am so impressed with "the Doctor of Design" Debbie Sheaf.

I read with interest an article in my local paper about Doctor of Design. That service was just what I was looking for, but not available in my home town. I e-mailed Debbie Sheaf about wanting to update my family room and asked for her services, even though I do not live in a state where her company is located. She quickly replied that we could work with pictures of my room and e-mails and come up with a prescription for a make-over. I am really excited with this service.

“Doctor” Debbie ... To the Rescue!!

My home was in need of serious attention!! Bare windows, unpainted walls, and various other unfinished projects made my space feel unloved!! I needed direction, and a coach to help motivate me to transform my home into an attractive and functional space. I contacted Debbie Sheaf, with Doctors of Design, for a consultation. She jumped right in –identifying the strengths of my home, and assessing the needs. Debbie wrote a “design prescription” to help me complete my projects and give my home the warm and inviting feel I was looking for. She told me that me that my “prognosis” was good!! Debbie helped me prioritize my design projects, according to my budget and needs. She developed short -term goals, and a long-term plan to complete the vision. Debbie gave me referrals to trusted local design sources and Internet sites, for materials and labor. She has maintained great communication with me throughout the process. Debbie is very supportive and easy to work with. I have never worked with a designer before, and was a bit intimidated before I met Debbie. I was worried that my project may be too small and insignificant for a true designer to take any interest in. I also had a very tight budget to work with, which I thought would be a problem for most designers. Debbie did not consider any of my issues to be obstacles for improving my space. She encouraged me to go for the “wow” factor!! My projects are still a work in progress, and Debbie is still there to guide me and give me ideas. I expect to receive a good “report” at my next appointment with “Dr.” Debbie!!
